Implementation

The tank is equipped with a cooling layer, mounted on a frame with four supports, there is a hatch for maintenance, washing can be done through the built-in system with CIP heads or manually through the hatch.

Equipment operation basics

The fermenter is filled through the lower pipe with the valve open for pressure relief, the control of filling is carried out visually thanks to a measuring ruler, the pressure relief valve is closed after filling, which gives the chance to create excess pressure inside.
When the excess pressure is exceeded, the explosion isolation valve is triggered by maintaining the pressure in the set parameters (0.3 MPa)
